Library Policies and
Getting a Library Card

Your free Williamson Public Library OWWL Library Card in good standing can be used at any public library located in Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming and Livingston Counties. Your Williamson Public Library card can also be used from home to access digital services such as OWWL2GO (Libby APP) and Hoopla (HOOPLA APP). These services provide access to eBooks, movies, television, audiobooks, comics etc. from 24/7 to your phone, tablet. PC or mobile device. Register for
Your Free Card

The Williamson Public Library issues library cards to ages 5 and above. If you are over age 16 and reside or own property within Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming or Livingston County you may register online and a card will be mailed to you. If you are under age 16, you must register in person with a parent or guardian. 
 
If  you reside outside of the above counties you must register and pick up your card in person. Use the self-registration form only if you have never had a library card from any OWWL library or if directed to by your library. 

Do you already have an OWWL library card but need to renew it or get a replacement card? No need to fill out the form; call the Williamson Public Library at 315-598-2048 or your local library instead

Your card will give you access to all OWWL digital resources and allow you to place holds on physical library materials. Your library may require further proof of identity and/or address before you will be able to borrow physical library materials.

Meeting Room Policy and Booking Slips

The Williamson Public Library has a small and large meeting room for non-profit community organizations and civic groups to meet. Each room has a monitor for presentations and WIFI. The Large Meeting Room has a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The Small Meeting room can comfortably seat 8 people and the large meeting room has capacity for 52 people, however comfortably seats 20-25 with
tables and chairs in place and more without tables.
