If you are over age 16 and reside or own property within Ontario, Wayne, Wyoming or Livingston County you may register online and a card will be mailed to you. If you are under age 16, you must register in person with a parent or guardian.
If you reside outside of the above counties you must register and pick up your card in person. Use the self-registration form only if you have never had a library card from any OWWL library or if directed to by your library.
Do you already have an OWWL library card but need to renew it or get a replacement card? No need to fill out the form; call the Williamson Public Library at 315-598-2048 or your local library instead!
Your card will give you access to all OWWL digital resources and allow you to place holds on physical library materials. Your library may require further proof of identity and/or address before you will be able to borrow physical library materials.
