This year the Wayne County Business Council and Wayne County OWWL Member Libraries are teaming up for a special Gingerbread Contest.  Create your favorite Wayne County Business or Non-Profit in a Gingerbread or Graham Cracker structure. Enter your creation as an individual, family or business using the official entry form. Entries accompanied by the official entry form will be received at the Williamson Public Library for display starting on December 2, 2024. All entries must be received at the Library by December 6, 2024 at 10 am.

On the afternoon of December 6, 2024, a local committee will review and judge the entries received at the
Williamson Public Library. The winning Williamson entries for each category: individual, family and business will be photographed and the photos advanced to the county-wide contest.  The public will be provided with a link to vote on all entries advanced to the County-wide competition. The finalist for each category, receiving the most votes in its category, in the County-wide competition, will win a gift certificate and the business or non-profit depicted in the winning County-entry will receive a one year membership to the Wayne County Business Council.

Local entries will be on display at the Williamson Public Library thru December 19.  If an entrant wishes to pick up their entry it must be picked up no later than December 23.
